Terms of engagement

These terms govern enquiries and paid work with Panel Foresthub Company Limited (“Panel Foresthub”) for laboratory operations dashboards and turnaround-time reporting. By sending an enquiry or signing a quote you accept them.

Quotes and scope

A written quote describes observation days, written artefacts, and revision huddles. Work outside that page is a new quote. Hospital escorts, badges, and LIS access remain the client’s responsibility.

Intellectual property

Huddle-board layouts and TAT packs produced for a named laboratory belong to that client after full payment. Panel Foresthub keeps the right to reuse anonymous methods, clock-definition practices, and teaching examples that contain no hospital identifiers.

Confidentiality

Timestamp extracts must be stripped of patient names before they reach us. We treat remaining operational files as confidential and store them only for the retention period in the privacy notice.

Liability

Our packs describe observed waits. Clinical decisions, staffing, procurement, and analyzer maintenance remain the laboratory’s. Liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim, except where Vietnamese law forbids such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Courts in Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
