About
A reporting desk beside the accession window
The official registered business name is Panel Foresthub Company Limited. The company was established in 2016 in Ho Chi Minh City after two hospital quality officers asked for TAT tables that could survive a director’s meeting without collapsing into a single average.
Early work was paper: handwritten time stamps beside centrifuge batches at a private hospital in District 11, then typed tables for the weekly quality huddle. Demand grew from chemistry into hematology and coagulation as emergency departments pressed for named delays rather than apologies.
We still work on the floor. Consultants shadow morning peaks, night clusters, and verification parks. Laboratory operations dashboards, in our practice, are huddle boards and projected layouts that match racks and queues. Turnaround-time reporting is a repeating pack with clock definitions the bench has agreed.
Vietnam’s hospital laboratories mix pneumatic tubes, window receipt, and outpatient draws in the same morning. That mix is our subject. We write in English for directors who report to international groups, and we keep Vietnamese section names when the bench uses them.
How we work
Observation first, definitions second, packs third. We will not invent a clock that the LIS cannot support. If timestamps are missing, the pack says so.
People
Consultants come from quality and operations backgrounds. Portraits below are of practitioners who have sat our observation days; they are not a marketing cast.
