What we collect

Enquiry forms collect name, email, chosen engagement, optional observation week, and a message about laboratory sections. Observation files may include anonymized timestamps. We do not ask for patient identities.

Why

We use this information to schedule visits, write quotes, deliver TAT packs and huddle boards, and keep engagement records required for accounting in Vietnam.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months. Paid engagement files are kept for five years unless a longer period is required for tax records. Cookie choice is stored in your browser under a Panel Foresthub key.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of enquiry data, and you may object to optional analytics cookies. Write to hello@panel-foresthub.click. We respond within thirty days.

International transfers

Email hosting may process messages on servers outside Vietnam. Where that occurs we rely on contractual clauses with the host and limit the files attached to anonymized operational extracts.
